How the performance guarantee works.
Each package comes with a guaranteed minimum number of in-person appointments per month. If we fall short once your campaigns have been live for 60 days, we reduce your management fee by the same percentage we missed.
For example, if your package guarantees 20 appointments and 15 attend, we missed by 25 percent, so your management fee for that month is reduced by 25 percent.
You own your ad accounts, leads and patient data, and we work with only one clinic per area.
Guarantee conditions
The guarantee applies while:
- The minimum monthly ad spend for your package is kept in place
- No changes are made to campaigns, pages or offers without our approval
- We get timely access to accounts, assets and approvals
- Your calendar has enough consultation slots available
- Invoices are paid on time
