About these terms

These terms cover your use of the Vigorousa website. Services for clinics are provided under a separate written service agreement, which takes priority over this page.

Our services

Vigorousa provides marketing and patient acquisition services. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. All clinical decisions remain with the clinic.

Ad spend and ownership

Clinics pay ad spend directly to Meta or Google from their own ad accounts. The clinic owns its ad accounts, leads and patient data.

Minimum term

Service agreements have a minimum term of [X] months, then continue in rolling 3 month periods unless ended under the notice terms in the agreement.

Performance guarantee

Each package includes a guaranteed minimum number of in-person appointments per month. If we fall short once campaigns have been live for 60 days, we reduce the management fee by the same percentage we missed.

The guarantee applies only while: the minimum monthly ad spend is kept in place; no changes are made to campaigns, pages or offers without our approval; we receive timely access, assets and approvals; the clinic provides enough calendar availability; and invoices are paid on time. Full terms are set out in the service agreement.

Exclusivity

We work with one clinic per area for the same type of treatment. The area is defined in the service agreement.
